Did anyone else feel like it was the modern part of the movie which made it cringe and cliché. Because the characters didn't even kiss during the main story line yet their feelings were extemly powerful and deeply conveyed. That was also made more impactful due to their tragic storyline. The ending really takes away from it and just acts to fix the problem, ensuring the guy ends up with the girl like in most romcom movies.

Wonderfully executed movie and great cinematography, I just wish that the modern plot line wasn't there because it took away from the main tragic storyline. This movie gave me pure nostalgia and I will adore this song forever!
